My DVD which sells off my national TV show

This is the front cover of my DVD. This fitness program displays countless ab exercises and  the best weight training exercises. This DVD is a equivalent to 3 DVDs. It was marketed on my TV show which airs in many different states. CBS News calls it "The Best Workout"

My come back after a traumatic back injury ( The Russians did it! )

This is the dramatic story of overcoming a serious back injury.  My car was utterly demolished in 2017. I was violently struck from behind  by a large SUV traveling at a very high rate of speed. My seat broke backwards and the headrest completely broke off. I had been systematically training and preparing for my new fitness TV show and was suddenly forced to postpone any filming. I stopped going to the gym and started going to many different doctors and physical therapists. When the MRI was taken it showed a very serious lower back injury consisting of disk herniation of the L5 and neurologic compression. The letter shown is from a doctor recommending both decompression and fusion surgery. For more than one year I had also seen other doctors and physical therapists including chiropractors,an acupuncturist, massage-therapist and received electrothermal therapy. I was also prescribed the pain killer Gabapentin. Nothing really helped me, so rather than risking a complicated surgery I decided to apply my decades of study and experience and rehabilitate my own back myself. This consisted primarily of progressive strength training, proper stretching, correct nutrition and the right psychological approach. After a few months of training I can now do the most aggressive exercises including dead lifts for the lower back, barbell squats and bent over rows! When I exercise my back is pain free with no need for any pain killers. It feels great to be strong and fit again. There is generally no need for a dangerous surgery if a person takes a conservative step by step approach to becoming strong, flexible, fit, and pain free. If you or anyone you care about is dealing with an injury and wants to get in shape feel free to contact me. Sincerely Ron.

CELEBRITY ENDORSEMENT

This is Mark Thompson a very successful television and radio personality.  I assisted him in getting in great shape, that's why he signed this photo "Thanks to you I have the best pecs in prime time".

Letter of recomendation from Mr. America

Learning from my old school friends

I have known and learned from some of the greatest old school fitness experts. Here I am with John Grimek who was the first Mr. America and Mr. Universe. I'm leaning on his shoulder. To his right is Richard Dubois 1954 Mr. America.

From muscles to movies

This is a photo of the great Steve Reeves and myself. He was probably the greatest bodybuilder that ever lived. Also he was the first man to successfully transition from muscles to movies.

The original fitness king

This photograph (a bit damaged) is of the legendary fitness king Jack Lalaine. He produced the first ever exercise tv show series in the United States which originally aired in the mid 1950s.He trained with weigths 7 days a week. He was very vibrant and healthy and lived to be 96 years old.

Standing in for Arnold Schwarzenegger
(law and order)

Interestingly I worked a few times as Arnold Schwarzenegger's stand in. This photo was for the Kindergarten Cop movie poster. I am the same height as Arnold 6'2". Clearly He was not as physically huge as when he was a champion bodybuilder.

Fake weights and fake news

This picture was from years ago when I was in a cheerios commercial. I was doing curls with around 500 pounds. Obviously these were Fake weights just like CNN is in fact Fake News.

Mustache and muscles

This was a photo where I was trying unsuccessfully to look like Tom Selleck. At least the picture displayed deltoid definition.

Personal trainer, Ron Kennington.

After hitting over forty, and three pregnancies later, I decided to join a local gym about six months ago.  Over the course of the last six months, I noticed this guy giving helpful hints/advice to other patrons.  I was feeling a little bit more motivated and decided it was my turn to solicit some of his advice.  (Not to mention, the guy is in incredible shape)!  So, I asked him what/where I should start to get a total workout.  He was incredibly helpful and walked me through several machines which he thought would benefit my "problem" areas.  His name is Ron Kennington and the workout he assisted me through left me feeling toned from my toes to the back of my neck.  He gave me his card and I visited his website ... WOW!!  I ordered his video and I am (just a few weeks later)  - as my kids call me "a guy magnet".  Thanks, Ron!!     Ron Kennington's Real Training works!!

Ron Kennington is the Greatest!

We first met and started training together approximately in 2001.  I had recovered from major surgery and was completely out of shape.  Ron worked beside me and watched me with an eagle eye. Although he had major, prestigious clients, he treated me like a special individual.  He is precise, talented, skilled, gifted and caring.  His methods are truely superior and bring amazing results.  At all times, I felt that I was in very good hands.  If you are looking for a great fitness coach, you can not, in my opinion, do better than to work with him.  Expertise is an understatement when it comes to Ron Kennington.  By now you see that I am a devoted client and You will be also.

Ron and I continue to work together from time to time. I am always  amazed by the new things he has to teach which also includes the subject of nutrition.

By the way, I have lost 65 pounds!
